As we approach a full year living through the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us are keenly aware of the heightened anxiety present in our lives and the lives of those we have been called to serve. Pastoral conversations increasingly include expressions of worry, anger, and fear. How do we respond to the needs of this challenging season in ways that inspire faithfulness and hope? Drawing on the work of Robert Kegan and Lisa Laskow Lahey, we will explore strategies and languages that promote transformative relationships.
