This course provides an investigation into Paul\u2019s theology across his undisputed letters in the New Testament. We will read and discuss portions of Paul\u2019s writings in conversation with a variety of interpretative perspectives in order to gain insight into the historical, literary, social, and theological textures of Paul\u2019s communications. Our focus will be on discerning, analyzing, and responding to how Paul envisioned who God is and what God is up to in the world with particular attention to power, identity, community, and embodiment in Paul\u2019s first-century context and our own today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
