Catherine Meeks is a national leader of racial healing and an esteemed retired professor of African American studies. But being a Black woman in America can be difficult. Join Meeks [in the book] as she describes the adventures and adversity she encountered on her path to becoming an empowered voice for change.
 
The one-hour discussions will be on Zoom on January 22, 29, and February 5 at 7 p.m., led by the Rev. Celal Kamran. Then join on February 14-15 in person at St. Stephen’s Cathedral and St. Paul’s Harrisburg for a series of events focusing on the Feast Day of Absalom Jones with Dr. Catherine Meeks.
