The Academy for Missional Formation has developed a new system to build diocesan convocation leadership groups. (which have replaced the model of “Thrive” days) are peer-based and centered on learners’ interests, enabling them to gather information, tools, and models that foster creativity and support growth of congregations and convocations.
Our goal is to encourage leaders as learners to experiment and create ways to serve God. All of our workshops are structured to the spiritual needs of the convocation and are based on the sources of transformation model of mission.
Click here for results of the AMF survey to view top needs of each convocation.
Our first Leadership day will be held on Feb. 17, at St. Andrew’s Lewisburg, Susquehanna Convocation.
