The Communications Department of the Episcopal Church in Central PA is responsible for creating and implementing diocesan messaging and works to ensure mission, values, and initiatives are effectively communicated to members and communities.

Media Relations
The Communications Department coordinates with the media in promotion and communication around diocesan events and projects and for coordination of public relations inquiries in critical matters. The department is the liaison between the diocese, the Episcopal Church media relations team, and the media.
Diocesan Communications
The Communications Department works to communicate diocesan initiatives, programs, ministries, news, and events to our 9,633 members statewide. The Canon for Communications & Events develops and distributes key communications, both print and digital, and develops and ensures consistent use of the diocesan logo and graphics identity.
