Diocesan Convocation meetings are held twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
The Spring meetings are usually held to learn about various events and happenings throughout the Convocation.
The Fall meetings are held in preparation for Diocesan Convention and often, the Diocesan Budget, Convention Resolutions and other important business for the year is reviewed as Convocations. See below for meeting dates.

All in-person meetings will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a reception and will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.
