The Council of Trustees has approved the adoption of two model Safe Church policies from The Episcopal Church:
- Safe Church Model Policy for the Protection of Children and Youth [pdf]
- Safe Church Model Policy for the Protection of Vulnerable Adults [pdf]
Parishes have until August 31 to adopt these policies or adapt their guidelines to meet or exceed the requirements outlined in them.
Parishes must also complete an annual Safe Church Self-Audit [pdf]. This form is a fillable PDF which can also be printed and filled out by hand.
