The Diocese of Central Pennsylvania Episcopal Church women invite women to come together in fellowship as the Body of Christ, The Church, at the Claggett Center – 3035 Buckeystown Pike, Adamstown, MD 21710 on September 14th – 16th, 2018.
Our retreat program of “Discovering and Manifesting God in Ourselves”, will be presented by The Rev. Barbara Hutchinson. “Being a mystic is being open to discovering and manifesting God in our world. During this retreat, we will explore and lean into the relationship between our spirituality (our relationship with God) and our creativity (the ongoing creative work of God within us) set within the framework of contemplative spiritual practices. We will discover that sweet spot where God lives in our hearts and is expressed in our lives through our prayer, scripture study, and contemplative spiritual practice.”
