The Annual Meeting Date Form, the Church Leadership/Vestry Data Form and the Certification of Lay Delegates to Convention Form must now be completed online. If you have not yet completed these documents, please read the instructions below.

Once your parish has held its Annual Meeting, please submit the following documents.

Do you feel called to a Leadership Role in our Diocese? Have you considered joining the Council of Trustees, the Commission on Ministry, the Standing Committee or various other needed Leadership positions? What do these ministries do?
